- How do I get more applicants?
- Jobs with a clear salary range receive 3× more applications. Write a specific job title (e.g. "Senior Node.js Engineer" not "Developer"). Include 5–8 bullet requirements — not 20. Add your company description so candidates trust the role is real. Featured listings (Basic/Pro plan) appear at the top of search results.
- How long does my listing stay live?
- Free plan listings are active for 30 days. Basic and Pro plan listings stay live as long as your subscription is active. You can close a listing manually at any time from your employer dashboard.
- Can I post jobs in multiple countries?
- Yes. Each job listing is tied to one location. You can post multiple listings — one per country — under the same company profile. Basic and Pro plans support unlimited postings.
- What happens after a candidate applies?
- You receive an email notification with the applicant's details. From your dashboard you can view all applications, shortlist candidates, and change their status. You can contact applicants directly by email.
- Can I edit my listing after posting?
- Yes. You can edit the job title, description, salary, and requirements at any time. Changes go live within a few minutes.
- How does the GeraCoins reward work?
- When your job listing receives 10 or more applications, you automatically earn 500 GeraCoins — regardless of whether you hire. GeraCoins can be redeemed for discounts across all Gera Services products including GeraLearn training, GeraSure, and more.
